Plan transformer procurement and protection together for industrial facilities, mine power systems, utilities and oil-and-gas support infrastructure in Suriname. Suriname Supplies supports project enquiries for medium-voltage and high-voltage transformers and matching transformer protection relays.
Supplies for your operation
- Medium-voltage distribution and power transformers: oil-filled or dry-type designs according to the application
- High-voltage transformers for utility and industrial projects, selected against the project specification
- Multifunction transformer protection relays with differential, overcurrent, voltage and frequency protection, depending on model and configuration
- Protection, control and automation requirements coordinated with existing switchgear and substation systems
Specify the application before ordering
Provide rated power in kVA or MVA, primary and secondary voltages, frequency, vector group, impedance, cooling method, installation conditions and the required standards. Include the single-line diagram, earthing arrangement, CT/VT data, auxiliary supply and communication requirements for protection selection. Final ratings and protection settings require project-specific engineering approval.
New installations, replacements and protection upgrades
For a replacement transformer, add the existing nameplate, footprint, cable or busbar interfaces and transport restrictions. For relay replacement, include the current relay type, wiring diagrams, required inputs and outputs, trip circuits and existing protection concept. Specify factory acceptance testing, documentation, commissioning or training requirements in the enquiry so that the scope can be quoted separately.
